Terms of Service

The dashboard is an internal tool for staff of the Creama Roblox group. Access is granted by your rank in the group and nothing else: sign-in is allowed only for accounts at or above the staff rank threshold, and the Management area only for accounts at or above the management rank.

Access follows your rank automatically. If you are promoted, demoted, resign or are removed from the group, your access changes or ends the next time your rank is checked. Nobody needs to revoke it manually.

You sign in through Roblox. We never see or store your Roblox password — Roblox authenticates you and tells us only who you are. You may optionally link a Discord account so the bot can message you.

• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share your Roblox login or let anyone else use your session.
• Do not attempt to sign in as, or on behalf of, another staff member.
• If you think someone else has used your account, tell management straight away.

While you are staff, your in-game activity in the Creama game is recorded automatically and shown on this dashboard. That includes how long you were in game, how many chat messages you sent, and when each session started and ended. This tracking is a condition of holding a staff rank.

We count your messages. We do not store what you typed.

Tracking does not run in every situation. It is skipped in private servers, and it pauses for any day covered by an approved leave of absence.

By using the dashboard you agree not to:

• Inflate your activity by idling, using scripts or macros, alt accounts, or any other method intended to record time or messages you did not genuinely earn.
• Submit leave requests you know to be false.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other staff beyond what your rank is meant to show you.
• Probe, scrape, overload or attempt to break the dashboard or the systems behind it, including the in-game tracker and the Discord bot.
• Share screenshots or exports of other staff members' activity, notes or leave records outside the staff team.

Automated limits apply to actions on the site. If you hit one, wait for the period shown and try again — repeatedly working around limits counts as misuse under this section.

The dashboard records weekly playtime requirements, whether you met them, and the status of your leave requests. It is a record-keeping tool. It does not by itself promote, demote, discipline or remove anyone — those are decisions made by Creama management, and any questions about them belong with management rather than with the site.

Weekly quota results are recorded as a snapshot when each week closes. Requirements can change over time, and a past week is always judged against the requirement recorded for that week.

Staff at or above the management rank can view any staff member's profile, activity history, session history, and leave history, and can add private notes to a profile. Management actions such as approving leave, editing quotas and running the weekly cycle are written to an audit log.

If you are not management, you can see your own full history and other members' basic profiles and leaderboard standing.

The dashboard is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime or accuracy. It depends on services we do not control — Roblox, Discord and our hosting and database providers — and any of them can be slow or unavailable. The status page shows the current state of each part.

Activity data can be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally wrong, for example if a game server crashes without closing your session cleanly. If a figure looks wrong, raise it with management rather than assuming it is final.

These terms may change as the dashboard changes. The date at the top of this page shows the last update. Continuing to use the dashboard after a change means you accept the updated terms.
